XR Cosmos

The Foundation of the Hellenic World, through the Research, Development and Excellence Centre in Virtual and Augmented Reality, announces the implementation of a program aimed at supporting, developing, and internationalizing the innovation ecosystem that governs extended reality applications (eXtended Reality). The XR Cosmos Program is a set of actions, initiatives, and interventions, creating the framework in which interested parties, individually or collectively, from the institutional, research, business, and investment ecosystem unite their forces.

The Foundation of the Hellenic World, since its establishment, has connected the history and culture of Greece with technology and innovation, leveraging its experience, knowledge, international reach, and technological infrastructure to become the connecting link for the country’s transition to a new productive model with innovation and technology as its pillars.

In this context, the XR Cosmos Program has incorporated the following axes into its actions:

• Connection with international Research Institutions and Foundations in the USA and Europe for the development of research programs and the transfer of know-how, with the goal of adopting best practices,
• Collaboration with international forums and organizations, aimed at internationalization and the promotion of Greek innovation within the international business and investment ecosystem,
• Development of Start-Up Competitions, Laboratories, Networking Events
• Implementation of Roundtable Discussions within the framework of meaningful consultation with the institutional, academic, and business ecosystem.
