- Immersive Projection Technology Workshop '99, Germany. Presentation titled "Incorporating Immersive Projection-based Virtual Reality in Public Spaces".
- SIGGRAPH '99, Los Angeles, USA. Presentation titled "High-end Interactive Media in the Museum" by Mrs. Maria Roussou and the CEO of the Foundation Mr. Dimitris Efthraimoglou.
- Visualization Summit on Education & Entertainment, Switzerland. Presentation / demonstration of the Virtual Reality programs of the department on two advanced SGI systems.
- COMDEX 2000, Athens. Demonstration of department programs at the Reality Center of the company Silicon Technologies, by all department staff.
- iGRID 2000, Japan, and iGRID 2002, Netherlands. Simultaneous demonstration of virtual programs on multiple Virtual Reality systems, connected via the fast Internet2 network.
